Documentation is integrated into Signant’s Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) as visit notes within the broader visit workflow. Our visit report confirms the visit took place, but it also captures notes and pictures to provide clinical trial data. The system allows you to download and upload PDF documentation.

How do you integrate visit scheduling between the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and Virtual Site Monitoring?

We recommend scheduling in the primary scheduling tool (CTMS). The virtual clinical trial visit should be flagged as a virtual visit and then scheduled in the system.
